WHAT I OFFER

WALKING

My Four Paws offers both Solo and Group walks Monday - Friday (Evenings & weekends on an ad hoc basis).

All dogs will be grouped according to their breed, age, ability and play style so your dogs are comfortable and happy, so the best possible care can be provide.

Please ensure:

1. Your dog has RELIABLE recall.

2. Based on The Royal Arsenal.

3. Dogs are Spayed/Neutered (for group walks).

FUN RUN

If your dog is a fan of more than just a walk, then I offer a running session! A niche service for those dogs that have bags of energy and love a run.

PET SITTING

If you are out all day and your dog is in need of a walk, play, feed and most importantly cuddles! Then I offer a pet sitting service, so your dog can feel relaxed and happy in the comfort of their own space.

OVERNIGHT VISITS

If your dog is in need of some cuddles and care whilst you’re away I offer overnight care in addition to daytime services. It’s important your dog feels relaxed and comfortable in your absence, and there is no better place than in the space they are most familiar, their home.

HOW IT WORKS

After enquiry, we can arrange a meet and greet for a 30 minute walk and chat so we can discuss your dogs needs, and any further questions can be answered. This will also give your furry friend and I some time to acquaint so your dog can familiarize itself with me and my smell. Trial walks are also advised.

I can then take all the relevant information needed, for instance emergency contact details, likes and dislikes, and any medication needed.

This enables me to tailor their care to the best of my ability and to follow any training you have in place.

You will receive daily pup-dates of our adventures, what we’ve been up to and how much fun we’ve had!

DROP INS

If you want to keep an eye on your furry friends throughout the day then I can provide drop ins to put your mind at ease.

Drop ins will include making sure they are fed, have fresh water, any medication is given and that they get toilet breaks…as well as plenty of fuss!

PRICE LIST

GROUP WALK

£15

One hour group walk, 11.30am (£10 additional charge for second dog from same household).

SOLO WALK

£20

One hour solo walk, by appointment only. (£10 additional charge per additional dog from same household).

FUN RUN

£20

One hour session for dogs who are fond of a run! 30-45 minute run, with a calm down walk and cuddles to end.

PET SITTING

£15ph

Includes walks, feed, play & lots of fuss. (£15 for the first 3 hours, £10 thereafter. Minimum 2 Hours).

OVERNIGHTS

£50 per night

includes evening and morning walk and feeds…plus lots of cuddles! (£10 additional charge per additional pet from same household) Dependent on availability.

DROP INS

£15 per visit

Drop in visit 45 minutes, for toilet break, games & cuddles. (£10 additional charge for second dog from same household).

TRAINING SESSIONS

MY EXPERIENCE

HOW I GOT HERE

Prior to travelling, I lived for 6 years on the Woolwich Arsenal development, so I have already befriended a lot of the lovely doggos! And now that I have moved back, I’m able to provide local care for dogs in and around the area.

I have worked as an interpreter for the Deaf, working in schools, colleges and higher education classrooms supporting Deaf students and professionals. My time spent interpreting within the Deaf community has equipped me with many lifelong skills and friends.

As well as this I spent 8 years working as an office manager within the Fashion and PR industries, a job where two days were never the same and that has taught me extensive problem solving, organization and communication skills.

Many of my most valued moments have been shared with animals, and the idea of working with them seemed out of reach. However, having quit my previous job in order to travel the world, I have made the decision to turn my dream of dog walking & training into a reality.

So here goes…!

A BIT ABOUT ME

I’m Hannah, a first aid trained and fully insured dog walker and dog trainer, ready to offer the best possible service and support to you and your Pooch.

I have recently come back from an 18 Month trip around the globe where I got to visit 25 countries and experience an array of cultures and of course dogs!

I grew up with and around dogs, and have always loved them and their company, so naturally during my world travels I sought out and volunteered at local dog charities and sanctuaries in both Thailand and Indonesia. This gave me the chance to work with dogs of varying disabilities, needs and temperaments, providing them with very specific medications, walks, care, and of course bucket loads of love.

It has enabled me to learn a great deal about health and behavior in dogs, which I am taking with me into my new profession.

After 18 months of travelling and making hundreds of new doggy friends, I’m now here to provide the best possible support, care and attention to your furry friends so the both of you are comfortable and happy during your times apart.

Ts&Cs

1. The Client is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their dog while it is under the care of My Four Paws, or is using any other services provided by My Four Paws, and agrees to indemnify My Four Paws in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.

2. Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking, including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior; including aggression, separation Anxiety, incontinence or excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking/sitting will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.

3. You may cancel your booked slot and provided you give a minimum of 24-hours’ notice; you will not be charged. However, if cancellation is made within 24-hours of the walk commencing, the full rate will be charged.

4. All dogs will be subject to an initial assessment by My Four Paws staff prior to using My Four Paws. My Four Paws reserves the right to refuse admission to any dog deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.

5. The Client agrees to notify My Four Paws immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of their dog that has potential to cause harm to any other dog or individual.

6. My Four Paws offer services where dogs co-mingle in groups and the Client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

7. My Four Paws will only let dogs off the lead once an ‘off the lead consent form’ has been signed, and will remain at the discretion of My Four Paws staff.

8. The Client is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their dog receives while under the care of My Four Paws, together with any associated costs e.g. call-out charges. The Client authorises the staff of My Four Paws to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Client’s usual/preferred Vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Client accepts that the staff of My Four Paws may at their discretion use any registered Vet. The Client agrees to pay all such costs immediately upon pick-up of their dog, or by agreement with the proprietor.

9. My Four Paws reserves the right to refuse admission if the Client fails to provide adequate proof of vaccinations (including bordetella), or the vaccinations are found to be expired or otherwise incomplete.

10. Bitches may not attend My Four Paws while in season or pregnant. My Four Paws reserves the right to refuse admission if these criteria are not met.

11. The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog is continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client further agrees to notify My Four Paws immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions their dog has been exposed to or is affected by. My Four Paws reserves the right to refuse admission until satisfied that the condition is resolved.

12. The Client consents to their dog being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by My Four Paws without prior approval. All such media remain the property of My Four Paws.

13. The Client agrees that My Four Paws is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their dog.

14. The Client agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the dog for the agreed appointment; failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the client.

15. The Client agrees that, by signing the key holder waiver form this will indemnify My Four Paws in full against any liability arising from loss or damage to the property or its contents, in present and future circumstances.

16. No variation of these Terms and Conditions will have effect unless confirmed by My Four Paws in writing.
